Aquafeed^® 1410 Antiscalant is an aqueous anionic polyelectrolyte solution for use in reverse osmosis (RO) applications. Aquafeed^® 1410 Antiscalant was specifically designed for use in preventing silica fouling by inhibiting silica polymerization and dispersing silica/silicate-based particulates. Aquafeed^® 1410 Antiscalant also inhibits the formation and growth of alkaline earth metal (carbonate and sulfate) scales, disperses suspended solids and colloids, and stabilized metal ions.
